ACME has announced that it has bagged orders from the Power Grid Corporation India Limited (PGCIL) worth Rs.11.50 crore/$2.87 million.
Samir Sharan, Chief Executive Office, ACME, said, “We thank PGCIL for giving us the opportunity to contribute to the nation’s growth through implementing green technologies in the telecom sector and cutting down the carbon footprint. This contract is a testimony to the prowess of ACME Group and further strengthens our position as the largest player in providing green energy solutions. We believe that this model telecom infra will help PGCIL to manage their infrastructure optimally.”
Under these contracts, ACME will do the planning, designing, engineering and manufacturing and supplying of the telecom Passive Infrastructure. ACME will also provide other energy requirements, including ACME’s path-breaking and innovative power interface units and solar photovoltaic power supply systems.
Under the contract, the project needs to be completed within one year from the date of awarding the contract.
